    Exclamation Any advice will help

    I am 32, 6'1" pretty good natural size, but feel like I could look alot better. I just recently got stared back in the gym (1 month) realize it will take some time to get any of my strength back. Tired of looking and feeling like a loser, anyone have any info or advise. I really appreciate any comments. Thanks again and I hope to be posting some pics soon.

    Glad you got back in there bro. My advice would be to surf around the diet and workout forums and get yourself on a consistent diet based on your goals.

    Thanks alot guys, yes I know it will take alot longer than a month, just wanting a little help from some of you guys who know what your talking about.

    Work on your confidence, self loathing is not becoming. Now that the most important thing is out of the way.

    Get to some good old heavy compound movements, eat plenty and and rest plenty! Don't miss workouts (or meals or sleep for that matter). Train hard and pride yourself in doing the hard heavy exercises that most people hate. Results are just around the corner.

    Dont worry man. Just get in there and keep hitting it hard (inb4 that's what she said). When I took time off, I finally got back in the gym and once I got enough calories I blew up. Muscle memory is amazing and will help you greatly.

    Confidence and dedication will make you look much better man. Best of luck with the transformation.
