i am a natural bodybuilder been lifting for almost 3 years now doing the usual 3 day per week split muslce group routine. then i saw this programme would you say this is to much training for someone who trains completely natural, but getting enough grams of protein in a day (roughly 180g -200g) ???

monday: shoulders and 2 tricep exercises

tuesday: back and 2 bicep exercises

wednesday: chest and legs

thursday: bicep and 2 back exercises

friday: tricep and 2 shoulder exercises

it would eather be shoulders twice of chest twice (monday and friday with tris)
what do you guys think if i kept it within an hour training had enought protein and a good 8-10 hours sleep a night ?
