    intensity of cardio for fatloss?

    what type intensity should i be using when doing cardio? and should i be doing something other than running on the tredmil?

    cardio is cardio, regarless of the type by which you're excecuting. If you're bored, switch it up between jogging, tmill, eliptical, etc. How much do you weigh? Typically a heart rate of around 150-160 is optimum for fat loss but again it depends on your specific weight..

    im about 183 right now...cut from 195 but still have a ways to go. so is a hr around 150-160 a rather high intensity? how can i calculate?
