    Tightening neck area?

Before I get flamed for this let me start by saying that I am self conscious but my neck area. I dont have pics at the moment but its fairly minor; I am just anal about this area.

    Ok some info about me
27yrs old, 6'0", 190lbs, would guess about 18-20% body fat

My plan is to get diet and cardio in check, which will help of course (8% to 10% bf in time). Since I know spot dieting is next to impossible, Im not sure this by itself is enough...

What Im wondering if there are proven exercises or non-surgical ways to help with this area to tighten it to your chin bone? Ive seen some videos about lifting head in the air and opening and closing mouth like 20 times, and then another to lift head up then down, repeat for 20 times. This are great and all but maybe something else works better or whatnot

Hopefully this isnt too off topic but I appreciate the help

Hi dude saw this thread earlier and thought I would get in on it. Your best bet is to go on google and youtube and search for something. Like I just searched youtube and this came up
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZkEdPotnDE

I am about 15% bf , 190, 28, 5'8". I have a little chin fat and my cheeks are chubbyish by genetics, but I also have abs at this weight. If you don't like it, do something about it. I can speak plainly and say I got hit on a lot more at a cut up 160 then I do at a pudgy 190. I am not ok with being 160 lbs for the rest of my life though so f it. Let me tell you though you are the one in charge of your destiny. I was a small kid which is great because it gives me a little complex to push me in the gym. I was so small that I even had small hands as a teen. I actively work my grip and through heavy exercises like deadlifts and rows my hands have actually grown. On days that I work my grip strength, I actually feel like im going to crush someone elses hand when I shake or hold them and haha feel like I have to be careful. I can tell you when I was a little shit and used to ask people what to do about my hands, they would tell me I should learn to live with them and thats what I get out of life. F em and their crock of shit. If you aren't happy with it, do something about it. There is a point where you have to say this is what life has given me so I will deal, but more often than not you don't have to!

Pictures are a great motivator. I am coming up on 1 year since my last pictures. I plan on taking new pics exactly 1 year after and comparing.
