Ok, so I have kind of a combined question. I'm 6', 200lbs and somewhere around 12% BF. I'm looking for the best way through diet and workout to lower my BF% but continue to stay around the 200lb mark by adding lean muscle. I'm at 6', 200, 12% and I'd like to be at 6', 200, 8%.
Anyone have a diet plan they would use to accomplish this? Also, how long/often should I mix in cardio to get the BF% down?
Any advice would be helpful. I'm also getting some gear that will help shred up a little, but I'd like to be pretty close to those numbers before I start.
