Exclamation what do you lot think ?

who here would say training one bodypart everyday monday-friday would be better than training mon-wed-fri mixed bodyparts ?
    for instance would
    monday: bicep-tricep
    tuesday: legs
    wednesday: shoulders
    thursday: back
    friday: chest
be a good training programme for a natural bodybuilder ?
or would you say the 3 day split training is better ?
    like -
    monday :chest-tricep
    wednesday:back-bicep
    friday:shoulders-legs
at the moment i am only training 3 days but have looked into increasing days.
would you all say that the mon-fri training would be too much ?
and reason i put on this forum is i know its most viewed as i wasnt getting any reponce from the worout section.
    cheers

I currently train on a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off schedule. Due to my schedule I use to run 5 on 2 off, but 5 days dtraight had me worn down by day 4 and workouts were crap and gains were minimal

I read a MD article by that frankenhouser dude. he saids he goes two days on one day off. and the first day back after a day off he does chest or back. I have followed this type of method and altered slighty. this is more days off then I am used to and I feel much better in the gym. I cant seem to get the more is better lodgic out of my head but I can attest that rest is helping me grow and I feel like I have more energy my joints feel good.
I have also read an article about vince gioronda(sp) and he made his guys take a full week off after four weeks of training. This is a little too much rest for me but the take away for me was to take 4 or 5 days off every 6 to 8 weeks. I have been doing that as for a couple of years and every time, without fail, I grow like weeds the weeks I take off.(but i also relax on my diet those weeks) then I come back to the gym even more motivated and I am well rested.

didnt know there was an article, but thats exactly how I run my first day back for heavy workouts and you want to spread out heavy lifting on your rotators.
