    Goals?

I would never train fasted even if I were on a cut. Prepare something the night before. Shake blended with oats will do even. Takes 2 minutes to prepare. Down a Casein Shake or Cottage cheese before bed as well.

Even P90X has muscle building (lol) techniques. Your muscles need fuel, the only fuel you get is from Protein (to repair & grow) and Carbs (Complex Preferably) to push your limits.

If your trying to starve yourself skinny, I suggest moving to Botswana. Otherwise, learn to eat like anyone else who works out on a regular basis and keep your furnace burning.

Diet for muscle growth, cardio for fat loss. No food will hurt your workout routine. You need to do a rethink on your whole program. Read the sections on diet and exercise. Really not a good idea to do a serious workout if you haven't eaten that day.

you are not giving yourself enough time between wake up and working out. I usually eat a half cup of oats then go jump in the shower. When out, I do a protein shake. Ten minutes later i start warming up. I usually take much longer, but this is my abbreviated verision. For me to be at work by 8:30, I'm up at 4:45.
