Need to change it up, what u think

    Getting bored and hitting plateaus.
    Goals are strength and size.
Diet aside, how does this look.

How can I incorporate something like this into my routine?
Will this push me through my sticking point?
Anybody ever done anything like this?
    2-3 times a week. Overtraining?
    Right now:
    Monday Legs
    Tuesday Chest
    Wednesday Back
    Thursday Shoulders
    Friday OFF
    Sat. Biceps and Tris
    Sun. OFF

I will be adding 5lbs each time.

    squat: 20 reps 1 set
    Deadlifts 3 sets 8-15
    ez curl Pullovers 20 reps

    Bench 3 sets 8-15reps
    Pullups 2 sets to failure

Military press 2 sets 8-15 reps
    Barbell curls 2 sets 8-10reps

    Dips 2 sets to failure

    Any advice would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    J-

maybe some slight overtraining if you're stuck on a plateau. you might can try to reduce some volume or days (either way cut back on time in the gym) if you don't feel comfortable doing this start with a little cut and if its a + change then maybe some more. also try to go to a rep range of 12-15 even on bench and delts the best growth i accomplished was with those rep numbers. just some ideas others on here may have a better solution but this would be a good start. good luck bro
