    biceps and triceps train same day better or not ?

    Training the biceps and triceps on the same day better than training them on different days or not ?

    I did this for six weeks a day for my arms found it ok,I didnt notice a great differance as you are just putting in the same work rate on them ,plus I felt it was a wasted day just for arms but that just how I felt ,I now do them with my chest and back again and it will stay that way,so to answer your question split your arm workout up

    I have been doing this for about three months and works nicely.. Five days acweek one body part a week, and yes I put biceps and triceps together..I have had nice gains I will be changing my routine soon though...

    Yes for about 90 days then change up your split. I try to or am trying to keep to 90 days push pull then pull pull/push push as well as changing from free weights, machine etc.

    thanks for you input guys will train them together for 2-3 months then split them for 2-3 months see how it goes
