My split
Chest bis
legs(squat)
rest
back(squat again instead of deadlifts)
delts tris
rest
I do 5x5 for compounds and I do 2-3x5-10 for iso, my main question is can I do squat twice like that? I don't really like deadlift because my back always hurts for 2 days after
