    Only legs!

    My wife has been working out with me(without steroids) for a year and she is slim and fit now. But she is unhappy with her legs coz its thin. She wants to develop her legs.(muscularize it) .

    So im planning to give primobolan and deca.( low doses)

    my question is
    she only plans to work out once a week(only legs).so she takes it before her workout. Is it allright?

    Or does she need to cycle it like bodybuilders do???(take it everyday)

    so after one year of working out she's all set to start juicing the hell out of herself? im confident in saying that she can achieve the results that you described with proper training, diet and no steroids. my girl here in the video has never taken steroids and if you need an ass and legs more muscular and strong than that....juice away.

    oh hell ya dude. youtube cara heads. she has retired from lifting but she was an extremely successful squat jerker. she had a 160kg back squat for 10 at 69kg bodyweight. when i was lifting with her she drove me so hard to get my legs as strong as they are. she was such a powerful looking woman and she didn't just talk the talk.

    deca for a girl....wow

    btw compounds are estered so they release slowly over an extended period of time. giving it before workout will be the same as taking everyday...

    hows about post up the leg routine?????. im sure a drastic change in leg training. e.g. drop sets/ 2 times a week leg training will spark new growth
