I was wondering which workouts burn more calories.
I am trying to burn some excess fat.
Back when i was in high school i was right at 200 pounds.
I am 6'3" so i was not fat but i was chubby right around 18-20% body fat.
Well everyday after school i played basket ball for about 2hours and only ate 1 once a day. In about 3 months i was down to 165lbs and stayed around there.
I would love to be around 165 now lol but im at 215lbs around 22% body fat.
My question is what is the best cardio work out i can do in the gym. For about a 30min workout. Note i work out for about 1 hour lifting before doing cardio. I know this is not the best thing to do but until i get a job i cant go to the gym everyday to have dedicated cardio days.
