Advice Needed! Injury during cycle. Workout question

    Hey,

I accidentally shot sustaon near my siatic nerve. This basically killed my lower body workout, my doctor told me that it can take months to reocver .

Now I had 1 day on and 1 day off, working my muscles only one time a week. (for example bench press, only once a week). Here was my plan

day 1: legs and lower back
    day 2-3ff
    day 4: check, and bicep
day 6: triceps, shoulders, neck, and upper back

calf and abdominal every time I work out.

Now I can't do legs and lower back (yea I know, no squats, deadlifts or leg presses ...). Also I feel like I can do more cause of jiucing. So should I workout chest and other muscles twice a week, or keep them once a week? Kinda feel cheating since I can only workout 2 times a week now . If I hadn't shot my nerve, I would have stuck the the schedule above

    OUCH!
I would just experiment with what you can and cant do. I herniated my disks which put pressure on my siatic nerve for over a year. I just found what didn't hurt and in time it will heal. For legs you can prob go really light and keep the reps a little higher. I did 1 leg leg press for a while with light weight and hammies had no issue with my pain.

If you still can't do this I would split your workout a little more.
    maybe
    day 1 chest, triceps
    day 2 upper back, biceps
    day 3 shoulders

    best of luck
