Hey,
I accidentally shot sustaon near my siatic nerve. This basically killed my lower body workout, my doctor told me that it can take months to reocver.
Now I had 1 day on and 1 day off, working my muscles only one time a week. (for example bench press, only once a week). Here was my plan
day 1: legs and lower back
day 2-3ff
day 4: check, and bicep
day 6: triceps, shoulders, neck, and upper back
calf and abdominal every time I work out.
Now I can't do legs and lower back (yea I know, no squats, deadlifts or leg presses...). Also I feel like I can do more cause of jiucing. So should I workout chest and other muscles twice a week, or keep them once a week? Kinda feel cheating since I can only workout 2 times a week now
. If I hadn't shot my nerve, I would have stuck the the schedule above
