Hey guys new to this thread but thought I would get on here for some advice. Ive been having a bit of left titty lag for a while now, I didnt notice it until I started seeing some moderate muscle gains but it seems like when I work out my chest my right pec just takes over. Ive been trying to work on the left side more now that I have noticed the problem but it doesnt seem to get better, my right pec grows and my left is left behind, I can feel the muscle underneath is bigger on the right side (noticeably). Just thought u all might have some advice. I am new to this so forgive my stupidity.
