Working on the lower chest, any ideas?

I'm working on my lower chest and I'm having a tuff time coming up some creative/effective movements to gain mass. I've been working on a decline bench, but I'm not feeling the burn like I should. My reps are 4/12 pyramiding 90,100,110,120. Any advice for a newbie would be appreciated. Thanks

dips, and lean forward when you do them to put more emphasis on the lower chest

Agreed, I would stick with what ever lift you feel hits your chest the most effective, if decline isn't doing it try DB decline, or just stick to regular bench.

I've had trouble putting mass on my "lower chest" but weighted dips with a weight belt around the back of my head (helps me lean forward, really hits those lower chest fibers)

That and doing standing cable flies, but with a directly downward motion. This will hit the lower chest as well.

When doing the decline flys or even decline bench you really want a bench that is about 1/2 as decline as most gyms. If you can find an adjustable decline it's best and only decline one or two notches.

I saw recently how on the incline if you use what most gyms have (stationary incline) you are to steep and working your shoulders to much, same with the decline. In only a couple weeks my upper chest has become fuller and my lower more even. I'm sold.
