    Very short laterals

    i have very short lats and i dream of having them taper down in to my somewhat narrow waist i need help on trying to stretch them as best i can so if any thoiughts are mentioned i appreciate it. any exercises too.

    I would say close grip chins bringing yourself up to your lower chest
    I always feel it better in my lower to inner lats
