New routine
Mon- Legs/Traps/Abs
Tues-Chest
Wed-back/Abs
Thurs-Shoulders/Calves
Fri-Arms
Sat-Cardio/Abs
Sun-Cardio/Abs
My traps/calves are lacking the most so I am hitting them twice a week! Let me know what you guys think of this.Also I am doing a clean bulk atm.

personally this means nothing to me if you cannot tell the exercises and sets and reps
will give more info so others can chime in
