Hi, i've been reading up alot on both HIT theories and FST-7 theories lately and i was wondering what you guys thought about combining the two. I will be doing a MWF split due to school schedule. Im 21, 6'1", 200lbs, BF% 12-13, been lifting seriously for 3+ years. Here's the layout:

Monday- Chest/Back
Incline Bench Press- Warm-ups, 1-2 Sets of 6-8
Incline DB Press- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
Cable Crossovers- 7 sets of 12-15 with 30 sec rest between sets
UG Pulldowns- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
HS Low Row- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
DB Row- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
Rope Pullovers- 7 sets of 12-15 with 30 sec rest between sets

Wednesday- Legs
Squats- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
Hack Squat- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
Leg Press- 7 sets of 12-15 with 30 sec rest between sets
Sumo Leg Press- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 12-15
Seated Calf Raise- 1-2 sets of 12-15 (DC style)

Friday- Delts/Tris/Bis
Military Press- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
Cable Side Lateral- 7 sets of 12-15 with 30 sec rest between sets
Weighted Dips- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
Rope Pressdown- 7 sets of 12-15 with 30 sec rest between sets
Barbell Curl- Warm-ups, 1-2 sets of 8-10
Hammer Curl- 7 sets of 12-15 with 30 sec rest between sets

What do you guys think of my layout? I'll alternate certain exercises every couple weeks to keep it fresh. Any help is appreciated. thanks.
