    Chest Dips Without Machine?

Is there any way to do chest dips without the whole dip rack and stuff?

Like with a chair or anything?

Long story short I don't have access to a rack and need to find a way to do this exercise without one

Umm...I guess 2 parallel surfaces of the same height that can support my weight and that I can fit my body between...obvously I already knew that what I wanted to know though was if anyone has already figured something out

Those are tricep dips. He's talking for the chest when you lean slightly forward and move your whole body weight. Like this http://www.google.com/images?um=1&hl...s1g3&aql=f&oq=

Couldn't you turn two table chairs back to back and use them? Solidly built bar stools would probably work better though, would give you a few more inches.

I have done them on the inside corner of the kitchen counter. Not perfect but works
