question about training
heloo everyone...ive been training for 4 years now and want to start my second cycle :
test enanthate :9 weeks /500mg a week
deca :8weeks 400mg a week
dianabol :6 weeks/50mg a day
tamoxifen (nolvadex ):10mg a day
plus the apropriate pct
my question to you is about training
i normally train 5 times a week foing the following routine
1.chest+arms
2.back+shoulders+traps
3.legs
4.chest+arms
5.back+shoulders+traps
i work abs almost every day
going on a cycle i want to increase the number of sets
i ussually do for the big muscle groups 4 exercises te first one 4 sets and the next three 3 sets
and for small muscle groups i do 3 exercises the first 4 sets ad the other 3 sets
on my cycle i want to do for big muscle groups 4exX4 sets
and for small m groups 3 exercisexX 4 sets
is this ok?to increase the number of sets?

Training your core everyday will most certainly be counterproductive and hinder your progress in many other compound lifts. Train them like any other muscle group, giving them proper recovery time.
Arms before back and shoulders isn't wise.
I see too much upper body work and not enough lower. Reason for this?

your alright in the "sets" department but you might be overtraining with running a 3 day split in three days back to back.. also.. chest and shoulders both use delts.. so u are worknig your delts 4 times a week?? that is insane.. also arms.. you use your biceps when you do back.. so you are doing those 4 times a week.. i would throw out your entire program to be honest.. if you like working out that often do a 5 day split.. but typically never work out one body part more than once per four days..
also.. deca for only 8 weeks??? y not ten.. i would run both for ten weeks.. and drop the dbol to 4 weeks.. IMO

If you want a conventional WO then stick with something simple:
Chest/Abs
Back/Calves
Shoulders/Traps
Quads/Hams/Abs
Biceps/Triceps
Off days whenever.

There is no magical way to train while you "on". Train as if you were natural. Train to suit your goals, not your cycle.

I like to keep my biceps limited to 2 movements. 3 at the very most. Triceps 3-4. Remember, your biceps aren't a large muscle group, and won't take much recruitment to grow. Triceps are 2/3 of your upper arm. It would make sense to utilize more movements for this muscle.

1 warm up & 3 working sets. I also like to implement FST-7 on my last isolation exercises for many other muscle groups as a finisher.

regarding the cycle i take deca one week less then testosterone because someone advised me to do it this way because for deca you should start the pct after 3 weeks and for test e after 2 weeks so if i cut them both at the same time the deca would still be active and i would do the pct for nothing
