well ramadan is in 5 days so basically i have to be fasting from dawn to dusk for a month,6 AM till 6:30 PM. would it be wise to train just before 6:30 and have my meal directly after my workout ?

I would think if you've fasted all day your body will running on empty, mine would. Try it and see. Its only a week. Good luck.
no ill be fasting for a whole month not a week ,, i mean im not suppose to drink water or have anything during that time , other than not having energy would there is a chance of muscle eating itself due to the fact that im putting stress on my muscles and i have nothing in my body ?
