    lower abs

    Hi was wandering if you havd any good lower ab exercises to get the thick lower ab (groin area) look my top abs are showing through and my bodyfat is around 12-13% with another 4 weeks of dieting i reckon i wil be down to 10% but my abs look week should i use a medicine ball also what is good for obliques? thanks

    Try using ab wheel. works lower abs great

    How often are you training abs?

    Training them like anyother body part with low reps and rest days is working well for me.

    i think people natually retain more fat around the lower abs. when you diet down they will definitely show through.

    if you're doing the big movements like deads, squats, and heavy overhead movements then you get the best ab work. i find that isolated ab work gets my hip flexors way too tight, especially exercises like leg lifts.
