    Negatives are awesome..

Ive started to get my training buddy to apply weight to my negatives when lifting and i can honestly say, " strength and muscle gains are the best ive had in years"...

    How it works..

If for example your doing barbell bench press for chest, have your training partner push down on the bar as you lower it to your chest, then release for to positive movement. You will love the results...

Negatives are very effective. Not only for compound movements as well. The same principle can be applied on the Pec Deck for you isolation lovers out there.
