my so called workout routine
I jog at least 30 minutes a day and use light weights for 30 min ie curls, military presses, lunges, up right rows.... Wish I could afford a good gym membership... Im trying to cut belly fat and tone up...open to suggestions....

Eat properly, get a gym membership, and do sprints insead of jogging, when I'm cutting I do stair sprints, there is about 60 steps near my house I sprint this 5-10 times in 20 mins 3-4 times a week and lift 3-4 times a week. And if you do cardio and lifting in the same day sprint in the morning and lift a couple meals later
