I was blessed with massive calfs, however when trying to do cardio my calfs get extremely pumped before I get winded. Bad enough that I have to stop way too soon.
Any supplements, or other ideas on how to alleviate the pump so I can do more cardio?

Sounds like either your muscles aren't firing and your veins aren't pumping the oxygenated blood back properly or dehydration. I would guess its the former and your form may be lacking when running (assumption) which is keeping your calf muscles from firing properly.
Seems located mainly down the side of my left calf(right down the outside)
Gets so tight I can't even stretch it while pumped
That definitely sounds like a blood flow problem to me, it sounds like it is pooling there.
It actually sounds to me like you just need to work on the endurance of your calves. I don't think you have an issue engaging the muscle if they are becoming extremely pumped when you run. If I don't run for a while I have something similar happen to me. Just keep running and I would suggest stretching your calves really well. Over time they should get better.
