    Split Rotine and weak points

    Hell everyone i would like to structure a mass split rotine 4day a week

    but the problem is my weak points:
    #1:Chest
    #2:delts
    #3:biceps
    #4:calves

    Can anyone help me to structure a solid mass rotine

    Stats:
    25years old
    5´10´
    190lbs
    BF:13%
    Cycles:just one and i going to start sustanon and deca 8week as soon as i pick the right rotine

    if you have a split that you currently do, post that and we can work on developing it.

    i dont have any.
    in fact i would like to know if 5trainingdays a week isnt better?
