Thread: German volume training??

    German volume training??

    from reading through most will suggest reps of 6-8 with a heavy weight to gain mass. have read through an article on german volume training which is lower weight and high reps and sets. has anyone tried this and how would they reccomend this to others?

    You gotta find out what works best for you man with trial and error. Personally for strength 3-5 reps work best for me. But for overall strength and definition I have noticed that 8-12 reps work best. Kinda all depends on what your goal is from working out...

    Have done it a couple of times for 4-6 weeks at a time, loved it...really shocked the body. You will find a new type of pain in it.

    IMO it is more for advanced trainees...
