Swap Chest and Back. Plenty of the fibers will be taxed on both Chest and Shoulder day, so it would be unwise to run them back to back. Basic conventional routine right there.
Word. Appreciate the input, been on the chest/tri back/bi etc routine, switching it to a real routine lol
