Guys,
This past offseason, in the quest to add as much mass as possible, I was eating ever 90 mins, and having 2 shakes during the night.
As a general rule of thumb, i train at 5pm (i work 9-5)
But by 5pm... I was just too damn bloated and full to train at the intencity needed. I trained as hard as i could, but now, im dieitng for another show, im seeing just how much harder i can train (balls to the ball... gut busting training).
From the looks of things... i will be onstage 3kgs heavier than last comp, which was in march. Im a little dissappointed really.
So who here trains in the mornings ???
