heavy compounds with good form to build overall shoulder mass, no shortcuts. shoulder presses of all kinds in my opinion. you recruit a shitload of side deltoid to press overhead.
as far as i'm aware there's no such thing as a massive side head and normal anterior and posterior.

Braced side laterals were the staple of my medial head movements. In conjunction with seated side laterals/posterior work, and compounds as suggested above, should give you a well balanced look.

Side laterals and maybe some high pulley lateral extensions will do the job..
for sure a heavy DB/BB shoulder press, then i like the one arm side laterals
or wider grip upright row does the trick for me
