Has anyone read details on this mentioned study? Can this be true for most of our bodybuilding situations?
Personally I feel the old '1 week per muscle' is far too long but everyone seems to go by it. I'm training every 48 hours and getting good results so far.
Do we really need that long? Just because a muscle is still sore it doesn't mean it hasn't recovered in size and strength according to most doms studies i've heard about.
What does everyone think?
