    I just saw a commercial on it. Obviously it looks like a gimmick but there could be relevance behind it. Just wanted some input before possibly buying it (only $30) and maybe incorporating it into a few workouts

    lol total junk. My mother-in-law actually bought one. I tried it but all I could do was laugh that she actually spent money on that. Add it to your list of infomercial products that are making someone very rich & doing abosolutely zilch for everyone that gives him thier money.
    On a side note I suppose it could be beneficial for a sedentary person that buys it & burns 50 cals a day more than they were before.

    I like it a lot! I used to be able to only wack it for 5 minutes at a time then need a break cuz my tricep would be soar but now I can go for ever due to the shake weight! my life couldnt be better now!! Thank you shake weight

    My girlfriend just uses the shake weight attached to my body..
