this is my current split what you guys think?
monday=chest,tri's (20 min cardio)
tues.=legs,calves (20 min cardio)
wed=off
thur.= back and bi's (20 min cardio)
fri.= shoulders and traps 20 min cardio)
sat. cardio 30 min.
