    Deadlift and Rackpull

in my offseason training i just want to hit certain muscles hard and put on as much mass as i can. I want to put more Rack pull into my back routine rather then deadlift. i deadlift more then anyone but i prefer rack pull because i dont use no legs in it. can i just do mainly more rack pull then deadlift n maby throw in deadlift once a month or do i have to keep switchin it up every week...

i just dont want my legs to grow too much sinc ethere my best points

Racks target strictly upper so than my conventional DL. So if you want to utilize a nice movement for upper mass then yes Racks will be the choice of movement here.

Face pulls, and Hammer Strength Low Rows, really target my posterior deltoid fibers, infraspinatus, rhomboid, teres major, and entire the entire trapezius very well. \
