    Increase weight each set?

When doing 5x5 or 6x4 do you keep the same weight the for each set or do you change each set. I used to do all at the same weight until I started the bill starr program. Even after I finished that program I continued doing 5x5 and increasing weight each set.

I use the same weight each set. If I can complete a full 25 reps, I'll move up in 5lbs increments.

I'd be interested to know how long you rest between sets and how many exercises per body part you do when utilizing 5x5?

Resting period was roughly a minute in a half to 2 minutes. When I implemented my 5x5 I had 1 upper day and 1 lower day. Something like:

    D1: Upper Power
    5x5
    Barbell Bench Press
    Barbell Rows
    Military Press
    Barbell Shrugs

    D2: Lower Power
    5x5
Back Squat (following week will be Front Squat)
    Conventional DL
    SLDL
Calve Press (this was not 5x5)
