    Body weight workouts anyone? Lost for words...

    I know what I'm doing to change it up now...

    Surely this stuff has to be insane for bringing out core and bringing out all the smaller muscles. Must work wonders for proportioning...

    A lot of bodyweight exercises are great for teaching core stabilization & intensity. It took me 3 weeks to learn how to do a proper pistol without falling over or getting stuck at the bottom. Pulls ups & push ups are about the only bodyweight ex I do now.
