What do you do if you miss a day?

Curious about everyones mindset on what they do if they have to miss a training day for some reason. I have a 5-day (M-F) routine and Sat/Sun are not usually an option for making any days up. If I have to miss the occassional day I am unsure whether to double up the next day at 100% on all my normal exercises, double up but go a bit easier all around or just write the missed day off and hit it hard next week. I have some time constraints on my workouts so I can't be there much longer than normal.

No reason to double up or change the intensity/volume of any day thereafter. Keep it the same and give it 110% regardless if you miss a day or not..

One days isn't going to hinder your gains by any means.

    I workout 5 days also .
The goal is 5 in a row but more than likey is 2 or 3 in a row and day off . Depends on schedule .
If I get screwed at work and schedule it might be 8 days before I get back to that body part again , but next week I get back to 7 day restart .
I do get irritable if Things get to out of control .

I missed Tuesday because my wife had to work late and we share a car, I did some body squats and pushups but still feel like sh** for missing the gym.
