Thread: With so many workout programs, what would be best for me?

With so many workout programs, what would be best for me?

EDIT: I haven't gotten any responses, so I guess I'll include what my normal "routine" is.

I normally split each day into a separate body part, biceps, tris, chest, back, shoulders.

I'll do about 3-4 exercises, about 3 sets of 12 for each part.

So on Monday maybe I'll do 3 different bicep exercises at 3 sets of 12, and then do chest on Tuesday, etc.

I realize now that isolation may not be the best choice for me, I've never done squats or dead lifts and I don't want to injure myself and I don't like doing legs. That being said, I'll do whatever will help be add size the most, even if it means stopping by current "routine" of only working on the glamor muscles.

Initial Post: Hey guys, I've been reading/lurking around the forums for a few days, and after reading and asking a few questions I've realized that my initail plan of using PH wouldn't be wise and the best way to gain some size would be good dieting and heavy training.

That being said, there's so many beliefs out there, I don't know what program would be best!

    I'm 5'11, 185lb, 11% body fat, 19 y/o and I've been lifting seriously for 18 months now.

I just want a program that will give me the best gain in defined size (I'd prefer to be big and defined, not just "bulky") and preferably something I could do without a spotter (I know a spotter is good, but I have yet to find someone who lifts serious enough that they go as often as I do)

Also, I'm in college, so I can't spend hours upon hours a day in the gym :-/

Thanks in advance guys! Let me know if I need to clarify on anything!

Also, a little off topic, but is DHEA a smart choice for someone like me? I know I should avoid PH until I'm in my twenties, but I wasn't sure if it was as serious as the others and requires PCT.
