Ok please feel free to give any input or constructive criticism. This is my stacker workout for chest inspired by Zack Khan and my trainer. You first start out by working your way up to your 2-3 rep max. In between sets i rest around 5 minutes and when I'm decreasing weight i rest around 30 seconds. This workout is made for gaining mass and strength. This is just my flat bench workout i also throw in some incline bench and flys for 3sets of 8.

Set 1: 275x3, 225x5, 185x6

Set 2: 225x5, 185x6, 135x6

Set 3: 185x10, 185x8, 185x6
