    Could i do more then once a week??

    Just started first cycle this week and curious if i could start training body parts twice a week?
    this is my schedule

    mon:chest,tri
    tues:back,bi
    wedff
    thurs:shoulders
    fri:legs

    shoud i add more i usually dont get to sore but differs..
    any advice about the workout plan is appreciated
    stats:
    5'10
    205 pounds
    10.6 bf
    19 years old.

    Cycle as in anabolic steroid cycle?

    yes sir as stated only wanting help with workout routine ive done two body parts a week before but not sure if its over training.

    If it's within your body's recovery capacity then yes you can train each muscle group twice per week.

    Only way to find out is through trial and error.

    normally on cycle you should have NOOO problem two times a week..IMO

    Depends on the person. I found that once a week per muscle group I get better results. Rest can be key.

    I think twice per week is too much even on cycle, but it depends on a lot of factors.

    Once every 5 days is perfect for me depending on how my schedule falls.
