Cardio while Bulking?
Im am about 10 weeks into a bulking program and I dont want to lose any of my gains. For my line of work, I have to run a lot and right now my endurance is shit due to the extra weight and no cardio. I need to start running. How can i do that and keep gaining?

I wouldnt run-I would find some other activity to keep up cardio....walking, biking are my 2 of choice...running is too hard on the knees and too catabolic on me.
As you said your endurance is starting to suck-that will kill your gains more than cardio-I would start now, I can remember trying to get big as **** and having no wind whatsoever and my sets would have to be stopped pre-maturely so I could catch my breath, I have done cardio ever since and only get the problems with breathing around the 300 lb mark.

For body building purposes running wouldn't be my first choice of cardio either.
I don't know why people think you'll loose gains or won't gain if you do cardio while "bulking".
Keep your cals up, and do cardio people.
You'll still gain!

As long as you don't exceed your body's own recovery capacity, YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY GAINS.
Cardio is a must regardless of cutting or bulking provided nutrition and rest are sufficient.
The heart is a muscle as well people, and it needs to be trained just like the rest of your muscles.

Never stop doing cardio.
Even if your bulking, you still need to take care of the most important muscle in your body - your heart.

cardio will help you grow, it'll keep you hungry, keep your metabolism firing and your body doing what its intended to. Keep doing it all yr
