just curious..i know usually its hard to maintain 100% of your muscle when you lose weight..when i restarted training i was making huge noob gains about 3 years ago (took a 3 year hiatus from lifting in my teen years) i started at about 240 pounds i suppose and have gone up and down from as much as 260 and now im currently 193..i have lost considerable strength in my bench press but have gained some in certain areas (deadlift)..is it normal to lose strength even over such a long period of time due to all of the weight lost? (i only notice it largely on the bench press)
