    Should I do it?

First off im not on anything.

On Tuesday I did a thorough Back/bicep routine, 100% tore myself up

Wed.. A thorough Chest/Tricep routine, 100% tore myself up

Thurs (Today)..Thorough leg routine, 100% tore myself up

Tomorrow, (Friday) can I do a thorough shoulder routine or do I need to give it a day or 2?

    Take a day off.

It's the days you rest and when you sleep that account for muscle growth.

4 days in a row may be a bit excessive even for an individual on the juice.

Only you can be the judge of that. Diet is a key factor here.

    Resting is when you grow.

But I agree w/ HP. Especially if you 100% tore yourself up after legs and back.

    Thanks for the answers.

How would oyu suggest splitting up my workout?

Im coming off 4 years of doing insane bodyweight workouts, decided to try to bulk up in the gym now.

I got muscle, I mean on my pushup days I do 2,500 pushups over a 3 hour period. Pullup days about 400 pullups in 1.5 hrs.

And all the other goodies, squats, 5 mile runs, situps, mountain climbers,e tc.

So I got pretty good quality muscle as a base.

Because of less time, about 1.5 to max 2 hrs available for workouts I have decided to do weight training.

So what would a good plan be?

Is the one I use now good?

    back/bicep

    chest/tricep

    Legs

    Shoulders

    ??

    Or what would you suggest?

Also how many rest days between the workouts?

Thanks for any and all help

By the way, I feel like someone did some boxing practice on my ribs after the chest day....???

    Whats up with that?

The bar never touched down on my chest so that is not the problem.

Do I need to let my bones get used to the weight or something? I was thinking maybe the streingth I got from 2,500 pushups every fourth day might have given me too much streingth when I use it on short bursts of super heavy loads like weights. (too mcuh for my bones/tendons I mean)

Or is that just silly? Ignore it or be a bitch next time I go over the chest?

Not sure what's up with your ribs but..

Your split looks fine. You can set it up as a 2 on 1 off.
