    Hate being on cycle and getting sick!

    Ok guys story is iv come down with the flu.. Not realy bad just light headed, sore throat blocked nose ect, still got my appetite! Now iv had 2 days off I feel
    realy sloppy and soft, should I take my next 2 workouts a little lighter to recover and just get a pump? Iv heard many different theorys when sick.

    If it's Test Flu it'll fly by within a week usually. Stay hydrated, keep eating, and don't OT. Symptoms will subside soon.

    Intensity should be based on how you feel. If you feel weak/lethargic either take off completely or take it easy in the gym that day. Exercising when moderately sick can improve immune function and speed recovery, however if you are more than just a little bit ill, it is probably better to just take off entirely and save your energy.
