    Exercises for Definition...?!?

    Hi Guys,

This might seem like a silly question to experienced trainers, so forgive me if it is.
Ive been training now for about 12 weeks, generally breaking it into a split routine, still trying to find out what exactly works for me and what doesnt.

However, since i started im noticing changes in the way i look which is to be expected from training 5 days a week.

When it comes to days of training biceps - is there certain exercises which can be performed for developing definition in the muscle? Im noticing that theres definitely bigger muscle there, arms are bigger, but it isnt defined muscle. Hrd to explain, but hopefully you will understand what i mean.

    Thanks

There are no such thing as exercises that build definition

Definition = muscle with low bodyfat

There is only bigger, smaller, fatter or leaner
