as some of you know im 16 and iv been told im not aloud to have advice on steroids
but if i can have workout and dietry advice i will be very gratefull.
so
1. what diet should i follow in order to get big ? (foods etc)
2. what workouts would get my arms shoulders and chest big ?
3.what protein should i take ? (only answer if your aloud, dont want any one getting in trouble over this) (creatine etc..)
4.whens the prfect time to drink protein ?
