My right bicep is 1.25 inches bigger than the left. How do I fix this?
Hey guys, I've been working out for about 8 months steady now and I have noticed a good bit of gain in my strength, but one of my biceps (the left) is significantly smaller than my other. 1.25 inches to be exact. Can someone please help me out with some exercises or techniques I can use to even them out or at least get them close to the same? Thanks in advance for any help.

stick with dumbbells, always start with your left hand for uni lateral exercises, and do rest pause reps after each exercise with just your left arm.
