Workout frequency/duration when on cycle?
My stats:
Age - 31
Height 6'2"
Weight 201 lbs
Lifting experience: nearly 4 years
Typical bench press workout: 225 lbs, 4 sets of 8 reps
Bodyfat: 12.5% (caliper)
Cycle experience: zilch
Will be starting my first cycle soon (400 mg per week of Test Prop with HCG and AI) and will run it for 12 weeks. Generally speaking and given my above stats, how much will recovery improve? Can I legitimately double my time in the gym? I know the heavier the weights, the more rest I need. You can see my bench press is not gawdy. I'd like to max out at 355 lbs eventually.
I am able to handle four workouts per week of 90 minutes each right now. I want to beef up legs too. I want to be a rock mass. What do you think I can do on cycle? Thanks.
