Hey. Im starting to workout. I have a couple questions. Obviously, im not a regular gym rat, but was wondering on where to start with myself. I play semi-pro soccer a couple days/week, but as far as working out, thats it. I eat healthy, but need a diet to follow. Any help would be nice. Heres a pic. Thanks
