I really need to work on my inner chest more i dont know if its even possible to hit mainly the inner chest working out. Also it seems my left pec is better devoloped than my right one would using dumbbells fix that? I would also like to knwo what to do to increase my thickness on my upper back.

Bent over Barbell Rows super set with cable rows
Pull downs Close grip and wide grip
Seted cable rows close and wide grip
